The Sound Shore area is a group of New York City suburban communities, with a population of 82,000 in the Westchester County Young Life Metro (a county with a total population of one million). There are many families with school-aged children in these communities who are eager to see good programs for their kids and glad to pay for it. This is a charming place to live and work, but it is also fast-paced and driven by the professional commuter culture.

While this staff associate position is initially charged with running one club, the position has limitless potential for growth. The staff associate will serve on a team with staff from adjoining Young Life areas. The Young Life employment opportunities in this part of the world are for elite candidates who want to play a strategic role in changing the world by reaching those who influence it. These opportunities are for candidates and families who are willing to step out of their comfort zones, live in an unfamiliar culture, navigate a very high cost of living, innovate and invest in kids who, in the years to come, will make decisions that will impact millions of people all over the world. Is this for you?
