Staff Associate — Moorestown, NJ

Burlington County Young Life is looking to place a staff associate to work alongside the area director and committee. The position will focus on direct ministry at one high school in Moorestown, with one eye on beginning a new work in the area. The staff associate would also help to recruit, train and develop dynamic teams of leaders.

Burlington County is a suburban area located 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia in southern New Jersey. It is a beautiful and historic area and is accessible to the ocean, mountains and four major cities within two hours.

Burlington County Young Life has 10 volunteer leaders split between two high schools. Moorestown High School is established and averages roughly 70-100 students at club meetings. The Cherokee High School team began two years ago and continues growing at a surprising pace, consistently drawing more than 30-35 students to its club meetings and events. 77 students and 10 leaders attended Young Life’s Lake Champion camp last summer.

We are looking for a staff associate to work alongside the area director and committee in maintaining growth in Moorestown, N.J., while following the vision of creating a dynamic presence in the whole county of Burlington.
