The focus of Denver Metro is to fulfill the mission of Young Life: To introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. Additionally, DMYL has identified their burden, their strategic position, and the reason they exist: We are burdened by marginalized kids and communities not having access to resources that allow them to thrive. We are strategically positioned to co-labor with kids and communities to go from scarcity to Shalom. The reason we exist is to serve multiethnic communities by co-laboring with them to go from scarcity to Shalom.

We are looking for a culturally intelligent leader who is organized and strategic to help develop and oversee WyldLife ministry in the area. This person will be a team builder with a passion for multiethnic ministry, experienced in caring for volunteers, fundraising in a team-based environment, and introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
