Notes:

Dallas is one of the fastest growing cities in the country! North Dallas Young Life (TX01), has a rich history of quality ministry where Young Life began in 1941. We are committed to reaching the "furthest out" kids and are also committed to discipleship and the spiritual health of our volunteers and staff. The North Dallas area is made of up 16 total ministries with room to expand into other schools. There is a healthy donor base and committee, and we have just come out of a strategic planning process with our leading committee members. This private school ministry has the community support to thrive under staff leadership. The opportunity to be a part of the community and the school as a Young Life staff member and potentially a coach does exist. The staff associate will work to establish this ministry from the ground up and must have a "starter" mentality.
