Nothing says international like the European Union and NATO. Belgium is the home of both agencies as well as more than 2,200 corporate headquarters. This means there are transplanted international school students who need to hear about Jesus. Invest in students from all over the world in one great country. Young Life Brussels has been in the Brussels’ community for 10 years and has a rich history and partnership with St. John’s International school in Waterloo.

  • Serve internationally diverse and unchurched students.
  • Cultivating healthy spiritual life – personally and in community.
  • Partner with and serve international schools through coaching, volunteering and other opportunities.
  • Building and growing community on many levels -- kids, leaders, adults and donors.

  • College degree required.
  • Young Life area director experience.
  • Ability to adjust and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment (French).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Housing supplements and cost-of-living adjustments help make living overseas affordable for international staff. In addition, staff may be reimbursed for the purchase of an annual personal trip to see family, pre K-12th grade private school education for dependent children, language school and moving expenses and may receive a one-time bonus of up to two months’ salary.
