Description:

Hong Kong is often called Asia’s World City, and is the cultural and financial epicenter of the continent. As a former British colony, and now a Special Administrative Region of China, Hong Kong maintains its own government, laws, borders, currency and freedoms — making it a truly unique city that straddles the cultures of East and West.

Young Life in Hong Kong has been growing rapidly since its inception in 2014. There is a core of international and local staff and leaders working in a full compliment of Young Life ministries in the city, including international and local Young Life and WyldLife clubs, as well as university and YoungLives work. Young Life is a registered company with charitable status in Hong Kong and has established a physical presence in the heart of the city. In the past several years, much work has been done to lay the groundwork and foundation for future ministry, including the development of local funding which now covers more than 80 percent of the overall operating budget of the mission here.

There are several opportunities to join our team as an intern with the Young Life Global Cities Fellowship program. The Young Life Global Cities Fellowship (YLGCF) is a two-year program designed for recent university graduates who have already demonstrated proficiency in Young Life leadership skills.
