Associate Regional Director –– Central and Eastern Europe

Young Life is seeking an associate regional director in the Central and Eastern Europe Region who will be based in Poland and help oversee ministry in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Ministry in these countries is dynamic and growing, with 16 full- and part-time staff and eight Developing Global Leaders staff. This staff team is made up of mostly nationals with a few American expats who bring a variety of gifts and skills to the ministry.

Ministry in the Czech Republic, the most atheistic country in the European Union, is home to some of our most well-established areas in Europe. Ministry in Poland, the most devoutly Catholic country in the European Union, is poised for some of the biggest growth across the mission of Young Life, and we are looking for an experienced leader to lead this growth. There is interest for new areas and new ministries, specifically Young Life College, across the region. This is an exciting time to join the team!

Do you have the passion and abilities to encourage and develop national staff, develop new areas, and develop strategy and vision for reaching young people in a whole country? Do you desire to see the Catholic church and Young Life work together to reach teenagers? Are you excited about innovation and learning to do ministry in new ways? Are you ready to be challenged and stretched in such a way that it deepens your faith and trust in Jesus? Bring your extensive Young Life experience to Poland and the Czech Republic, and fall in love with these incredible countries and their people!
