Since 1941, Young Life has been reaching kids with the simple and profound truth of the Gospel. Over that time, we have learned the importance of investing in personal relationships and "earning the right to be heard." We have learned how to create a fun, safe place for kids to gather. And we have learned how to do outreach camping like no one else in the world. In short, we’ve learned and refined methods that make a difference in the lives of kids around the world every day.

But our methods are no better than the people using them. So at Young Life, we are looking for people who love Christ and kids and who are willing to walk into the lives of high school and middle school kids in the same way God reached out to us — in person — and to tell about a God who loves them.

Since the early days of Young Life, volunteers have been the hands and feet of Young Life, coming alongside staff to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to teenagers. There are a variety of ways to volunteer in Young Life, each of which makes it possible to show more and more kids God’s love for them.
