YoungLives Camp Childcare Mission Trip Opportunity
On behalf of Young Life and our mission to reach every kid with the message of hope found in Jesus Christ, thank you for your interest in serving as a childcare volunteer this summer at one of our YoungLives camps for teen moms!
Please mark your calendars for our camp dates in the summer of 2010:
- June 16-22, Camp Buckner – Burnet, Texas
- July 17-23, Lost Canyon – Williams, Ariz.
- Aug. 3-9, Lake Champion – Glen Spey, N.Y.
- Aug. 17-22, Washington Family Ranch – Antelope, Ore.
Who Can Serve?
- Men – yes, men!
- Women
- Teens ages 14-15 who come with a parent/guardian
- Teens ages 16-17 who come with a parent/guardian or Young Life/youth group leader
- Teens ages 16-17 who have an excellent recommendation
- Mom-and-daughter teams, husband-wife teams, sister teams or other family teams
- Campaigner kids looking for a way to serve
- High school or college kids who are interested in work crew or summer staff but can’t commit for a whole month
- Those interested in starting a YoungLives group in their area

Can’t give a full week of your time? There are other ways you can help!
- Help with Spa Day. We need volunteers for one afternoon at each camp to help put on a pampering extravaganza for the teen moms.
- Give a shower gift. Many items are needed at camp. Give one through one our camp baby registries.
- Give a cash donation to help a teen mom get to camp.
