A Family Affair

For the McGinnis family, leading kids to Christ is a family affair. Bob and Randi McGinnis, their two grown daughters and their two sons-in-law all work and volunteer together for Allegheny Valley Young Life near Pittsburgh, Pa.

Young Life was a big part of my life in high school. I loved how many fun and random hilarious activities they came up with and how Young Life leaders really care about each individual. There was always a great message, but it was always given in a really open and accepting way — never forced.
