This application is currently accepted by Young Life camps that have a yearlong intern program. Please refer to the form for a current list of camps that have yearlong intern programs. For more information about details or application deadlines for each individual camp's program, please refer to their Web site or contact their camp office directly.


Instructions:

Print and fill out the application. You will then either mail or fax it directly to the camp(s) to which you wish to apply. For information about application deadlines, please contact each camp office individually.
