6006 - Staff Recommendation for Work Crew

Description:
This recommendation for work crew must be completed by a Young Life staff member in order for a student to apply to be on work crew. Should a student be selected, this recommendation is used by the work crew boss.


Instructions:

Send this recommendation form along with the student's Application for Work Crew (YL-6005) to the regional director in time for final selections to be made by end of March. For questions, call (719) 381-1841.
