When we enter the world of a young person, we are doing so for the long haul — committed to making a lasting investment in their lives. – Rich, Wales
Being an area director with Young Life not only challenges me to put my faith into action as I work with kids, but it also stretches me as I learn the skills required to run a small business. Whether it be inviting kids to camp, managing a non-profit's budget, meeting with donors or training leaders, I have learned that ministry is all-encompassing. Being on staff causes me to trust Christ every day and to walk in this high calling with integrity. – Kate, Delaware

Building relationships with the girls is key. I've seen the difference someone can make in a teen mom's life. God uses YoungLives to do powerful things. – Erin, Illinois
There is nothing I'd rather do or could do with my life but ministry and making disciples; and Young Life works — it reaches those who I can completely relate to, because I was once in their shoes. – Kevin, Northern Kentucky
