Since 1941, Young Life has been making the difference in the lives of kids around the world because we are invited and supported by adults who care about kids in their community.

Over that time, we have learned the importance of investing in personal relationships and "earning the right to be heard." Our methods, which range from creating a safe, fun club to exciting outreach camping, make a difference in kids' lives.

Because our methods are no better than the people using them, we're always looking for people who love Christ, who are willing to invest in the lives of high school and middle school kids and who will tell about a God who loves them.
