The Service Center, located in Colorado Springs, Colo., functions as Young Life’s administrative core. While most positions within the Service Center do not have direct contact with kids, Service Center staff provides administrative and technical support to Young Life staff in the United States and around the world. The support provided by the Service Center equips both camping and field staff to fulfill Young Life’s mission: Introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Some of the administrative services provided by the Service Center include: accounting, benefits/insurance, computer information systems, communications, human resources, mail services, mission assistance, the national camping office, support and training for both national and international Young Life staff.
