Description:
Through spiritual leadership and good management, this position will implement the necessary actions in his or her area as well as other areas within the defined Philadelphia metro area to carry out Young Life's vision of introducing every kid to Christ. The primary management responsibility is recruiting, training and deploying (RTD) others who are having effective Young Life ministry to kids.
Qualifications:
Proven, mature leader with experience in urban communities.
