Field Staff

As a Young Life field staff person, you’ll have the opportunity to engage kids' worlds through the practice of time-tested ministry principles that moves you into their neighborhood. The quality training that Young Life provides will enable you to join alongside teenagers in their work, in their play, their deepest longings, brightest hopes and darkest fears.

Camping Staff

Camping staff work at Young Life camps year round, making each camp an extraordinary place for the kids who visit during the school year and in the summer. At a camp, you’ll find people in a variety of important roles: cooking delicious meals for campers, maintaining the beautiful grounds and performing administrative duties. Every camping staff person is essential to giving kids the best week of their lives.

Service Center Staff

Service Center staff work in a variety of departments that support the U.S. and International field staff. Although Service Center staff don’t work directly with kids, they provide valuable support services to field staff. Service Center employees know their role is helping to make ministry possible in the United States and around the world.
