Since 1941, Young Life has been making a difference in the lives of kids around the world because we are invited and supported by adults who care about kids in their community. Our staff and leaders are trained in time-tested methods of relating with adolescents, and they are equipped by a world-class organization dedicated to effective ministry.

Develop relationships with experienced staff members. New staff will work closely with an experienced Young Life staff member, who will serve as a model, mentor, tutor, friend and supporter.
