We are committed to walking alongside you throughout the fundraising process. We believe that where God guides, He provides. There is nothing quite like support-raising to build our trust in Him and remind us of His faithfulness. However, this stage in the process does require a lot of initiative and follow through on your part. We will assist you by providing you with helpful tools, guiding you as you develop and implement a detailed strategy and encouraging you in your efforts. Last but not least, we will be praying with you and for you as you build your team of ministry partners.

The majority of Young Life International staff fundraise 100 percent of their budget. (Young Life Military staff are an exception, as they are contracted with the base chaplain’s office and receive a monthly stipend covering a portion of their support budget.) Your staff fundraising budget includes your salary, program expenses, travel, training costs and more. The amount varies depending on what region/country you are going to and what ministry you are serving with. Final budgets will be determined once you have completed the first phase of the inquiry/application process and have been placed in a specific region.
