Involvement in Young Life requires a substantial commitment from those interested in fulfilling the vision of the ministry, and work hours will vary depending on the area in which you serve. | Do Young Life employees receive paid holidays?
Young Life's paid staff members receive 12 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Veterans' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

| Which staff members are responsible for fundraising?
All Young Life field staff are responsible for fundraising. Service Center and camping staff are exempt from raising financial support.

| What if I am unable to raise financial support?
We realize that, due to certain circumstances, some staff members may confront difficulties in raising support. In these instances, your area will work with you in networking with others who may be able to offer support. Please speak with your regional or local Young Life area for further details. |
| How will Young Life prepare me to work with kids?
