To apply for any position within Young Life, you must first fill out an application. To apply online, simply click the position of interest and fill out the electronic application made available for you on the site.
How many hours will I be required to work? Edit

Involvement in Young Life requires a substantial commitment from those interested in fulfilling the vision of the ministry, and work hours will vary depending on the area in which you serve.

Do Young Life employees receive paid holidays? Edit

Young Life's paid staff members receive 12 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Veterans' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
Which staff members are responsible for fundraising? Edit

All Young Life field staff are responsible for fundraising. Service Center and camping staff are exempt from raising financial support.
What if I am unable to raise financial support? Edit

We realize that, due to certain circumstances, some staff members may confront difficulties in raising support. In these instances, your area will work with you in networking with others who may be able to offer support. Please speak with your regional or local Young Life area for further details.
How will Young Life prepare me to work with kids? Edit

Young Life offers a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for the mission and empower you to connect with kids. For further details, please contact the Young Life area office of interest and ask about our training program.
There is no Young Life office in my area. How do I go about starting a Young Life club in my community? Edit
