Young Life is looking for individuals who have a relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for leading adolescents to Him. At the center of Young Life’s work in the United States are U.S. field staff.

International Field Staff

Young Life International operates in more than 50 foreign countries, offering international staff an opportunity to join the work of Jesus Christ around the world.

Those who feel led to International ministry are guided through a centralized recruitment process, which includes a formal interview progression, as well as extensive reference checks. Attendance at a Young Life International Information Weekend is also required for those serious about serving overseas. Participants will better grasp the vision of Young Life International, meet field staff from other countries, and together explore Young Life staff opportunities around the world.

Volunteers

Volunteer leaders are vital to the mission of Young Life. There are many exciting volunteer opportunities for those who love kids and want to be involved in their lives. You can be a leader for Young Life, WyldLife or for one of the mission’s special ministries. Volunteer leaders learn time-tested ministry principles that enable them to enter into the world of kids and bring with them the hope in Jesus Christ.

Depending on where you are a leader, time requirements will vary, though it is important to know that a commitment to Young Life means a commitment of your time. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer leader, talk to the Young Life staff near you.
