Young Life wants every kid, everywhere, to experience the message of hope in Jesus Christ. Not just kids in North America, but kids all around the world.

Young Life leaders are trained to go to where kids hang out, build friendships with them and love them unconditionally. We strive to win the right to be heard, treating each person with care and dignity. This style of relational incarnational ministry crosses cultures effectively; kids everywhere are more open to hearing about God’s love for them from a person who has taken the time to demonstrate that love in their lives.

Young Life began reaching out to kids outside the United States in 1941. Today we have more than 120 staff from the United States and more than 470 national staff working for Young Life in more than 70 countries and one U.S. territory. Whether it’s Moscow, Singapore, Ethiopia, Paris or Lima, we believe that kids everywhere need to know the truth found in Jesus Christ.
