No, you do not have to enter a credit card in order to create an account. However, you will need to enter your credit card information when logging in and setting up a one-time or recurring gift.

Log in and click on the My Account tab. Select the Edit Personal Information button. Make necessary changes and click Save.

Under the Gift Designation section, select A Young Life Staff Member's Ministry. Enter the staff person's name and area number (if known) or click Search for YL Staff. Enter the staff person's last name and click Search. Select the appropriate person from the list.

 | Can I view my past giving history online?
Yes. Log in and then click the Giving History tab. Please note: Your giving history only includes online contributions and does not include any gifts that may have been submitted via check and/or regular mail. Gifts are also added to the history page on the day after they were submitted.

 | I have regular gifts to Young Life set up but haven't used the new Online Giving system yet. What do I need to do to access this system and set up an account?
If you already have current monthly gifts set up but haven't yet used the new Online Giving system, an account has been created for you. To access your account:
- Go to the Online Giving site.
- Go to the Forgot Account Password page and enter the e-mail address that is on file and associated with your current monthly gifts.
- A reset message will be sent to that e-mail address.
- This e-mail will direct you to create a new password and then login.
- You will now be able to see your recurring gifts and use this new password for future account maintenance.
Please note that Giving History will only include the monthly gifts in the old system, not the one-time gifts. |
