Denny Rydberg became Young Life's fifth president in 1993. Since that time, the mission has dramatically increased its reach, both in terms of the number of kids impacted, the number of communities with Young Life and the number of camps. President Rydberg reports to the Young Life Board of Trustees and leads more than 3,200 full- and part-time staff and more than 30,000 volunteers.
